Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or use our guest returns link to select the items you wish to send back and receive your authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and branded boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our studio.
